Vibe oncall is the emerging practice of using AI agents as the first line of incident response — autonomously triaging alerts, correlating logs, proposing or executing remediations. Production-grade implementations constrain autonomous actions, require human approval for destructive operations, and log everything for review. Early adopters see faster MTTR but also new failure modes.
